Demonstrate

Students complete assignments that align with a profession or discipline. Final projects/assignments in classes will be used to demonstrate to employers that students have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and values required of a profession. Furthermore, through deep reflection, students recognize their own growth and increased learning capacity to articulate the skills, mindsets, and capabilities that they have developed to become a more capable and trusted disciple of Jesus Christ. As students progress within a specific program from introductory to more advanced courses, their level of immersion into workplace simulated environments is increased. Students can demonstrate with greater alignment that they have mastered the knowledge, skills, and values of the profession, or discipline. All degree seeking students will also participate in an experiential learning opportunity such as an internship.
